"Адэр против Соединенных Штатов"Дело в Верховном суде США [ Supreme Court, U.S.], решение по которому (1908) определило неконституционность закона Эрдмана [ Erdman Act of 1898], так как последний запрещал требовать в качестве условия найма на железной дороге отказа от вступления в профсоюз (т.н. "контракт желтой собаки" [ yellow-dog contract]). 2 Erdman Act of 1898
истЗапретил т.н. "контракты желтой собаки" [ yellow-dog contract], внедрил в практику арбитражное разрешение трудовых конфликтов на железнодорожном транспорте, создав впоследствии ряд прецедентов решения споров в пользу бастующих. В 1908 решением Верховного суда США [ Supreme Court, U.S.] по делу "Адэр против Соединенных Штатов" [ Adair v. United States] объявлен неконституционным.
